For a flat-rate monthly fee, you get unlimited telephone access to the attorney assigned as your in-house counsel, who will provide answers to all of your business questions. You can call as much or as little as you want, as many times a day or month as necessary. Your in-house counsel attorney will answer questions that will help your business grow, ranging from business formation to exit strategies, succession planning, contract law or sales. However, if a conversation leads to a consult or requires that a legal document be drawn up or other additional legal work, that would be a separate and chargeable expense.
